OFFER AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

This Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an official offer by ASK Consulting ( hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") to individuals to enter into an agreement for the provision of educational services under the terms and conditions set forth below. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement is considered the act of confirming readiness to pay for the service by clicking the "Pay" button on the Executor's website.

1.3. By accepting the Agreement, the Customer confirms that they have read, agree to, and fully and unconditionally accept all the terms of the Agreement, including its annexes, which are an integral part of it.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Executor undertakes to provide the Customer with educational services in accordance with the current programs posted on the Executor’s website, and the Customer agrees to accept and pay for the services under the terms of this Agreement.

3. SERVICE COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. The cost of the services is determined in accordance with the current prices posted on the Executor’s website.

3.2. The Executor reserves the right to unilaterally change the cost of services. Changes in cost take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

3.3. Payment for the services is made using the methods indicated on the website at the time of payment.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The Executor undertakes:

  • 4.1.1. To provide educational services in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • 4.1.2. To ensure the quality of the provided services in compliance with established requirements and standards.

4.2. The Customer undertakes:

  • 4.2.1. To pay for the services on time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • 4.2.2. To comply with the requirements and rules posted on the Executor’s website.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Executor is responsible for the timely provision of services provided that the Customer complies with the established requirements and rules.

5.2. The Executor is not responsible for violations of the Agreement’s terms caused by force majeure circumstances, including: acts of governmental authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, and other circumstances that may affect the fulfillment of obligations.

6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

6.1. The Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the parties or unilaterally in cases provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6.2. The Customer has the right to refuse services by notifying the Executor no less than 5 business days before the intended termination date.

6.3. The Executor has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement in case of the Customer’s violation of the terms of the Agreement.

7. OTHER TERMS

7.1. The Agreement comes into effect upon its acceptance by the Customer and remains valid until the parties fulfill their obligations in full.

7.2. The Agreement does not require the use of seals and/or signatures by the parties and retains its legal force.

7.3. All disputes arising in the course of the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
