REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide high-quality services and value your trust. However, due to the individuality of our offers and the specifics of our work, refunds are only possible under the following conditions:
- If a refund request is received within 24 hours of payment and the work has not yet begun, a full refund is possible.
- If the service has already begun or has been partially completed, a refund is only possible in proportion to the completed part and if approved by the platform committee.
- After consultations, document preparation or completion of active stages of work, refunds are usually not provided, except in special cases and by decision of the management.
- Full refunds are possible only if the service is not completed.
- Processing of refund requests - up to 15 business days. The decision is made individually, depending on the stage of service and conditions.
All requests are considered strictly individually and are resolved in accordance with the specific situation.
